At Offburden.com, we value your commitment to personal growth and strive to provide exceptional coaching experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or rescheduling may be granted for coaching services purchased through https://www.offburden.com/.

1. General Policy
All purchases of coaching sessions, packages, or programs are considered final once payment has been made.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will review refund or reschedule requests on a case-by-case basis in line with the conditions below.

2. Coaching Sessions

Cancellation with Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.-
Sessions cancelled within the notice period can be rescheduled without penalty.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before) or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds:
Refunds for individual sessions are only available if the session has not yet occurred and cancellation is made within the eligible notice period.
3. Coaching Packages or Programs

Commitment:
Multi-session packages and coaching programs are offered at a discounted rate based on your commitment to the full program. -
Partial Refunds:
Refunds for unused sessions within a package may be considered only within 7 days of the first session and at the discretion of Offburden.
Sessions already delivered will be charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate and deducted from any refund amount. -
Completed Programs:
No refunds are provided after the completion of the program or after more than 50% of sessions have been used.
4. Group Coaching, Workshops, or Online Courses

Group or live online events are non-refundable once registered unless the event is cancelled or postponed by Offburden.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another person with prior notice and approval.
5. Refunds for Digital Products
If your coaching business includes digital courses, guides, or downloads:

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

Exceptions are made only in cases of duplicate payment or technical access issues.
6. Coaching Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing a high-quality coaching experience.
If after your first session you feel the coaching is not a good fit, you may request a 80% refund within 7 days of that session, provided you share your feedback so we can improve our services.

7. Cancellations by Offburden
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a session, package, or program:

You will be notified as soon as possible, and

You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for any undelivered service.
